    To cooked ½ cup (100 grams) quinoa add 1¾ (1.75) cup of water💧.

    Ready all Vegetables and whole spices

    Heat the ghee and put the onion and fry lightly brown.

    After the onion turns brown, add vegetables and stir well and cover for 2-3 minutes on low flame after that add quinoa and mix well.

    Now the quinoa is ready to serve.
