Herbal kadha

1. Boil water
In a pan, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. - 2
2. Add herbs & spices
Add:Ginger
Tulsi leaves
Turmeric
Black pepper
Pinch of salt and hing

3. Simmer
Let it boil on low-medium flame for 8–10 minutes until the water reduces to about 1 cup. - 4
4. Strain
Switch off the flame and strain the kadha into a cup. - 5
5. Add lemon
Add lemon juice only after slightly cooling (to preserve vitamin C). - 6
6. Drink warm
Sip slowly while it is warm.
