Ingredients

25 minutes (Prep 10 min, Cook 15 min)
4-5 people
  • 500 gminced beef
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • Burger buns
  • slicesLettuce, tomato, cheese

Steps

25 minutes (Prep 10 min, Cook 15 min)
  1. 1

    Mix beef with seasoning; shape into patties.

  2. 2

    Cook on a hot pan/grill 4–5 minutes per side.

  3. 3

    Toast buns and assemble with toppings.

Tips

Best served with: Fries or coleslaw.

Important Tip: Don’t press the patties while cooking—keeps them juicy.
