1. In a bowl, add oil. I used olive oil and butter.

2. Add the onions and mushrooms. Sauté for 2 minutes.

3. Add the chicken breast pieces and mix.

4. Add the spices: 1/2 tsp Maggi chicken, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp salt.

5. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.

6. Add the vegetables. I used some frozen and some that are not frozen.

7. Add courgette, celeriac, carrots, and yellow carrot.

8. Mix well, then add paprika and chili flakes.

9. Add the bell peppers and stir, then add 1/3 cup of cream.

10. Stir, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.

11. Let it cool, then prepare your puff pastry sheet.

12. Start placing the cooked chicken mixture onto the puff pastry.

13. Add the cheese on top as you like. I used mozzarella and cheddar.

14. Make sure to seal it very well. Press firmly so it doesn't open.

15. I used 2 puff pastry sheets because I didn't have a large one.

16. Decorate as you like, but it's not necessarry

19. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 35 to 40 minutes
