Healthy Pav Bhaji With Millet Pav

Boil veggies in pressure cooker with 2 cups water salt & pav bhaji masala till 4 whistle

When it cool down remove water & keep aside mash all veggies with pav bhaji masher

Heat oil & butter in a pan add garlic chopped red chili 🌶️ add onion 🧅 & sauté for 4-5 minutes then add capsicum 🫑 add tomato 🍅 sauté it add pav bhaji masala salt & chili powder cook till butter separate

Add mashed veggies & water which you kept aside & cook on medium heat for 7-8 minutes check the seasoning add chopped coriander leaves & butter 🧈 mix it

Serve hot with choice of your pav /bread 🍞 etc. Try it once & enjoy healthy pav bhaji. You will love it
