Ingredients

1 week.
1 kg
  1. For Marinade
  2. 1/4 Cupkosher salt
  3. 1/4 CupBrown Sugar
  4. 1/4 TspPargue Power 1
  5. 1 TbspMaple Syrup
  6. 2 TspWorstershire Sauce
  7. 2 TspBorbon Whiskey (optional)
  8. Meat
  9. 1 KGPork Loin - leave thin fat cap on

Steps

1 week.
  1. 1

    In a large Freezer Bag add all the Marinade and mix to combine. Pat dry the Pork and add to bag and Seal. Then mix so that the pork is covered. Put into the Fridge and "massage" 1-2 times a day for a week.

  2. 2

    Start your Smoking Tube with pelets. and then remove pork from Bag. Pat dry. and Cold smoke for 3-4 hours. Put into New freezer bag and seal. Back into the fridge overnight then Slice - I do on 2mm but you can slice as thin or thick as you like. Then cook and Enjoy :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
