Dahi Bhindi or Okra in Curd gravy is such a comforting bowl of goodness. The best thing about this simple dish is that it can be made in just a few minutes with simple pantry staples.
A perfect accompaniment at mealtimes. Be it a Lunch or a Dinner, this is just right. You would love it for sure and so would everyone in the family. It's a great option for everyday meals.

Homemade fresh and flavourful creamy Curd is well beaten. And then simmered with Okra and a refreshing bit of spices is just amazing. It is a hassle free dish. It's absolutely flavourful and aromatic. The tempering with aromatic Cumin seeds lends it a unique flavour and freshness. It is rich, creamy, savoury and tangy with all the flavours blending too well and thus making a perfect dish for guilt free homemade and pure meals. Finish it off with a generous sprinkle of fresh and homemade Garam Masala for a super comforting and a flavourful dish.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
