Marinate the paneer and vegetables with curd, ginger garlic paste and spices

Blend the tomato puree, onion and cashews.

After 20mts of marination saute the paneer and veggies for 10mts

Now heat butter, add the gravy, spices and let it cook. After 10mts add paneer and vegetables, spices. cook for 5mts.

Now in a handi, heat butter add, whole spices, prepared sabji. put coal in small bowl, pour ghee and cook covered on low flame for 10mts

Yummy cream panner handi is readt. Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot
Tips
Marination should be proper and cooking in handi with coal gives the flavor
