Smooth, tropical ice cream made with real mangoes for a naturally sweet, fruity flavor

Peel mangoes and blend into a smooth purée with lemon juice.

Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

In a bowl, mix condensed milk with the mango purée (and vanilla if using).

Fold the whipped cream gently into the mango mixture.

Pour into a container and freeze for 6 hours.
Tips
Use very ripe mangoes—the sweeter the mango, the better the ice cream flavor
