Strawberries are in season now in Melbourne where I live. My daughter gave me a lot of Strawberries, which were very sweet. I didn’t want to make Jam this time. I froze most of them, so that I can add them to my breakfast Porridge OR Yoghurt. Using some of the remaining Strawberries, I made this drink today. It is just blended Strawberries with some Water and Ice Cubes. You can enjoy the pure taste of Strawberries.

1 Serving

150 gStrawberries *fresh OR frozen, cut in half OR quarters
2-3 teaspoonsSugar *OR Sweetener of your choice
1/4 cupCold Water *plus extra
*Note: You can replace some of Cold Water with 1 to 2 Ice Cubes

Make sure your blender OR hand blender is strong enough to crush Ice Cubes if you add them.

Place all ingredients in a suitable (strong enough) glass or blender jug, and blend until smooth. I used a hand blender. Add extra Water OR Sugar (OR Sweetener of your choice) as required, and blend to mix.
