Steps

In a bowl add 2 cups of wheat flour, salt, oil and mix well. Add required water and knead a tight dough.

Make lemon size balls and roll it into round shape.

Heat oil in a frying pan and gently drop down the puris into hot oil and fry on both sides until the puris fluffen up.

Remove the puris and keep aside.

In a Pan heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds starts spluttering, add asfoetida, finely chopped green chillies and ginger, curry leaves. Fry well

Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and fry well.

Add tomato, green peas and smashed potato. Add salt and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes.

Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
