Strawberry Dates Jam (No Sugar | No Pectin) 🍓
Naturally Sweet • Preservative-Free • Guilt-Free
“Winter sweetness made healthy — pure fruit, natural dates and homemade love 🍓”
Healthy, fruity and naturally sweet 😋
This Sugar-Free Strawberry Jam is made using dates paste instead of refined sugar and needs no pectin at all.
Just 3 natural ingredients, homemade with love ❤️
A wholesome winter preserve that’s delicious, clean and family-friendly.
For natural sweetness, soak seedless dates in warm water for 15–20 minutes and blend using just enough soaking water to make a thick, smooth paste. The water used while blending counts as part of the recipe moisture, so if the dates paste is well blended and strawberries are juicy, no extra water is needed at all.
While cooking strawberries, add 2–3 tbsp water only if required, mainly to prevent sticking or burning before they release their own juices. Start cooking without water, observe for a few minutes, and add 1 tbsp at a time only if needed. Too much water can delay thickening.
The best results come from juicy strawberries + smooth dates paste, giving a jam that is naturally thick, flavourful and perfectly set 🍓
