Ingredients

45 min (prep 25 min + cook 20 min)
4-5 people
  • 2 cupsrice flour
  • 2 1/2 cupswater
  • 250 gminced chicken or buffalo (optional)
  • 1onion, finely chopped
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped coriander (optional)

Steps

45 min (prep 25 min + cook 20 min)
  1. 1

    Mix rice flour and water to form a thin batter.

  2. 2

    Heat a flat pan and lightly oil it.

  3. 3

    Pour batter and spread into a thin crepe.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle meat, onion, and garlic on top.

  5. 5

    Crack egg over the crepe and cover.

  6. 6

    Cook until base is set and toppings are cooked.

  7. 7

    Garnish and serve hot.

Tips

Keep the batter thin and smooth for soft, evenly cooked crepes.
