
Roasted Brussel Sprouts w/ Balsamic & Honey

Preheat oven to 425 F and set over rack in the middle position. Line a baking sheet with foil

Directly on the prepared baking sheet, toss Brussel sprouts with 2 tbsp of oil, the salt, and pepper. Roast, stirring once half way through, until tender and golden brown, about 20 minutes

Drizzle the remaining tbsp of oil, the balsamic vinegar, and the honey over the Brussel sprouts. Toss to coat evenly. Serve
