Almond-Walnut Fudge Brownies

One of my mother's favorite treats are these Almond-Walnut Fudge Brownies. With a gooey, fudgy texture and the crunch of nuts, they're a treat for every tastebud.

Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a glass baking dish. Set out eggs and butter to reach room temperature. Crush walnuts, set aside.
- 2
In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, melt butter in 15 second bursts until completely melted. Add the sugar and cocoa, whisking vigorously until sugar fully dissolves (about 1 minute).
- 3
Add in the eggs one-at-a-time, whisking between each egg. Add in the vanilla and almond extract, whisking until everything is fully combined (about 1 minute).
- 4
Add in the flour and vegetable oil, stirring until just combined. Add in the almonds and walnuts, stirring until just mixed into the batter.
- 5
Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until the batter no longer jiggles.
- 6
Slice and enjoy your Almond-Walnut Fudge Brownies! 🍫
