This came out just perfect! I was ordered to write down the exact ingredients I used for the next time I make it.

Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Mix your meatloaf ingredients well. Press the meat mixture in a bread pan.

Place the meatloaf on a sheet pan. Cook meatloaf in the oven for 40min.

After 40min, increase temp to 375⁰F and cook for another 25min.

After 25 min, using a spoon, drain some, NOT ALL of the fat that formed in the corners of the meat loaf in the pan.

Pour all the sauce evenly over the meatloaf, place back in the oven for another 15min.

White the sauce loaf is cooking in its last 15 min. Make your cabbage. Melt butter in the pan, add all thr cabbage ingredients and cook on medium heat until cabbage is cooked tender.

Serve all with rice. Enjoy!
