Granola with Oats

In a pan over heat with a little butter, toast the oats until golden brown and set aside.

In a pan over heat, combine the sugar, honey, butter, and vanilla, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves.

Add the oats, hazelnuts, and roasted almonds to the previous mixture, stirring well.

Turn off the heat and add the dried cherries, stirring.

In a medium-sized square pan lined with parchment paper, spread the mixture and smooth it with a spoon.

Wait until it cools slightly, then add the chocolate chips on top of the mixture.

Let it cool completely, and you can place it in the refrigerator for half an hour until it sets, then cut it.
