30 Appe

500 gmidli batter
For stuffing
4-5boiled potatoes
1onion finely chopped
1/2 tspgarlic paste
1/2 tspginger paste
1/2 tspgreen chilli paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tspturmeric
Oil for grease

For stuffing small balls of masala potatoes. In a boiled potatoes smash it put saute onion with all masala. Make small balls.

For appe in a batter add salt..Grease appe utensil. Pour little batter add small ball again pour batter to cover.

Simmer on low flame on both sides. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.
