  • 4 stalksSpring onions (finely diced)
  • 2 tablespoonsGreek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoonSoy sauce
  • 1 teaspoonGochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 1 tablespoonPickled ginger (finely diced, optional)

    Finely dice the spring onions and pickled ginger (if using).

  2. 2

    Add sauerkraut, spring onions, Greek yogurt, soy sauce, gochugaru, and pickled ginger to a bowl.

  3. 3

    Mix everything well until evenly combined.

Tips

For extra flavor, let the slaw sit for a few minutes before serving.
