1 tablespoonchicken bouillon or salt
1/2 teaspoonpepper or nutmeg
Soup crackers or croutons for serving

Peel the carrots, cut them into pieces, and cook them in a pot with enough water to cover. Add a little salt.

Once the carrots are soft, blend them with the cooking water, gradually adding milk until you reach the desired consistency. Add chicken bouillon or salt, and pepper or nutmeg.

Serve hot, garnish with crackers or croutons, and add red pepper flakes if desired.
