Assemble ingredients, chop Capsicum, Tomato into small cubes.

In pan add oil, allow to heat. Add Capsicum and sauté for few seconds, then add sweet corn + little salt and sauté for around 2 minutes. Allow to cool.

In a mixing bowl add the cooked veggies, add tomato + Oregano +black pepper powder + salt + Thousand Island sauce and mix gently.

Spread a thick layer of the prepared mixture and spread gently on the Pav halves. Top with grated Cheese.

Heat a pan / tawa, add butter and place the pav and toast for few minutes by covering.

Toast till Cheese melts and base turns crispy. Dish is done.
