Ingredients

  • 1 cupcurd / yogurt, thick
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspdry Kasuri methi
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspbesan
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1onions, petals capsicum, red & green, cubed
  • 1capsicum cubes
  • 100 gmpaneer cubes

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Firstly, take cup thick curd
    further add in all the spices along with salt.
    mix till all the spices are combined well with curd.

  2. 2

    Now add onion petals cubed capsicum green and cubes paneer.also add of oil.mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well.
    furthermore, to marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    After marination, insert the marinated paneer, capsicum and onions intowooden skewers.
    further, roast it on a hot tawa or grill in oven or tandoor. finally, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve paneer tikka immediately.
