One of my fave street food back home that I had to learn to make it. As I want to used inggredient that i prefer and less flour.

One of my fave street food back home that I had to learn to make it. As I want to used inggredient that i prefer and less flour.
Steps

Food processor, both mince till really smooth with all dry ingredient(except flour and tepung baso and chilies if uou dont mind smooth chiliies)

Add egg, oil and water (little by little depending on texture) when you are happy then

Add tepung baso and flour till mixed- not too long when this is already mixed

Make one to try.

Put in fridge if you have tine for about 30 minutes

Boil water and put a bit of oil. and turn it off
Start making the baso and put them in the water (still don't turn it on). Keep doing till all balls are made. - 7
Then turn on the stove in medium low. Cook it till all is floating.

Prepare a big bowl with cold water or ice. Put the floating balls in the ice to make it more bouncy. Done! It's ready to be mixed with soup or put in the freezer.
