This is a recipe I came accross while experimenting with the cinnabon rolls.

This is a recipe I came accross while experimenting with the cinnabon rolls.
Steps

For the filling ; Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed to create all round flavour.

Butter your baking dish. Turn the oven on to 170 Celsius degrees, allow to preheat.

For the pastry ; Dust a flat surface with a bit of flour. Unroll the dough onto dusted surface. Roll the dough with a roller into a big but not too thin rectangle.

Spread the sugar, butter, ginger and cinnamon mix evenly on the rectangular puff pastry.

Roll the dough back up(start from the side closest to you), roll it as tight as possible.

Now that the dough is rolled, you can start slicing it into the sizes you prefer. I made mine quite small but they will puff up.

Place them into your baking dish that is buttered

Place the baking dish into preheated oven and allow to cook until golden.
