▪︎ Prepare the Base Mixture:
Grate paneer and steamed potatoes.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, spicy red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, Kitchen King masala and salt.
Add onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and corn flour.
Mix well until it forms a soft dough-like mixture.
From this mixture, prepare 9 tikkis and 3 parathas.

▪︎ For the Tikkis:
Shape flat round tikkis.
Heat a pan on low–medium flame and brush with oil.
Place tikkis spaciously.
Cook 5 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.

▪︎ For the Parathas:
Divide remaining mixture into 3 portions.
Prepare soft dough with wheat flour, salt, oil and water.
Roll small discs, stuff with Aloo Paneer mixture and seal.
Dust with flour and gently roll into parathas.
Cook on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot with curd, green chutney or sauce.

Taste Note:
Both the tikkis and parathas are super tasty and melt in the mouth when enjoyed hot with tea, coffee or your favourite beverage.
Tips
Tips:
If mixture feels soft, refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before shaping.
You can air fry the tikkis for a healthier version.
Add grated carrot or capsicum for extra nutrition.
