1 cupcooked rice with corn (about 200 grams)
3eggs
1/3 cupcubed cheese (about 50 grams)
1/4red bell pepper
1smoked sausage (such as kielbasa or chorizo)
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoonoil

Sauté the sliced sausage in a skillet until browned.

Mix the rice with corn, eggs, cheese, bell pepper, and sausage.
