Recently, I was traveling in the south. One day we went to a lake, and I thought of making these delicious burgers for lunch to wrap up our vacation.

Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into fries. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown.

Peel and slice the tomatoes. Wash and chop the lettuce.

Peel the onions and slice them into thin strips. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown.

Fry the eggs whole in a skillet with oil.

Cook the burger patties according to the package instructions.

Assemble each bun with ketchup, a burger patty, lettuce, tomato, fried onions, a fried egg, and more ketchup if you like, or build it however you prefer.
