Put a clean pot on fire.. add little quantity of water.. allow water to boil

Wash your onion,carrot and onion. slice and set aside..

Pour in your noodles into the boiling pot.. pour in your noodles seasoning.. stir and allow to cook..

Pour in your chopped onion, carrot and onion leaf.. cook till the water dry's off..

Yummy noodles is ready..

Break egg and pour in a bowl.. add a pinch of salt and whisk very well.. put a pan on fire.. pour vegetable oil.. allow the oil to get hot.. then you pour in your egg and fry.
