Spring Rolls made at home with store bought sheets using a Non-Vegetable and mixed Vegetable filling. Not only are these done quickly, but also a very good idea for Tea-time snacking.
Enjoy these yummy Rolls with your families and friends on a weekend or on any day you wish to have a great time.
Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, these make for a delicious pick on any day.
The filling can be of your choice. Though I have made a variety of these Spring Rolls and have updated on my profile here, one just cannot stay away from these beautiful looking and lovely appetisers.
They can be an added attraction at any party.
Nowadays it has become an instant hit in weddings and other important occasions as well.

And almost perfect for a delightful Iftaar this Ramadan 26 and as usual, these yummy variation also was a huge hit with both the adults and the children. The best part about them is that these can suffice a large crowd and also can be made and stored. The frying part can be done very easily on the actual day. Similarly Samosas are also a great crowd pleaser. These too can be made in advance and stored without any hassles.
Happy Iftaar Time!

Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

Keep all the ingredients ready and handy. Chop all the vegetables of your choice either in a manual chopper or a food processor whichever is convenient.

  2. 2

Heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan. Saute garlic and ginger along with onions at first followed by the mince mutton. Stir fry on a medium high heat for about 4-5 minutes. Next is to add veggies and a few basic spices as mentioned. Saute until done and the raw smell fades away. Set aside to cool a bit before making the spring rolls.

  3. 3

Place a tablespoon of this filling on the wrapper at one end and fold it from both the sides, roll it until the edge and then finally seal it with a little flour paste. (For the flour paste, mix water and flour to a thick paste)

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
