Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Roll out pastry sheet and pinch edges down

Spread tomato puree across base, leaving an inch clear around the edges

Sprinkle oregano, parsley and chilli flakes across the puree

Decorate base with jalapeños, tomatoes and mushroom slices

Cover with cheese

Milk /egg wash the edges

Bake for 10 minutes

Check on cooking, once the edges start to puff up and turn golden, take out

Pierce centre if puffing up, to let the air out. Sprinkle tuna across the centre and crack an egg on each side

Return to the oven for 5 minutes+ until the eggs are cooked

Season to taste and enjoy!
