  1. 2 pieces(about 300g) Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  2. 2Bell peppers, cut into large chunks
  3. 1Brown onion, thickly sliced
  4. 2 tbspGochujang paste
  5. 2 tbspDark soy sauce
  6. 6 tbspSoft brown sugar
  7. 1 tbspGround ginger
  8. 4Skewers

  1. 1

    Mix gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, and ground ginger to make the marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate chicken cubes and bell pepper chunks for at least 1 hour.

    Slice brown onion into thick rings.

  4. 4

    Grill onions first on the Tefal Optigrill+ using manual temperature until soft.

    Thread marinated chicken, peppers, and grilled onions onto skewers.

    Grill skewers on the Tefal Optigrill+ using the chicken setting until cooked through.

    Serve with side salad bay leaf, spinach. Green onion, olive oil and lemon juice.

Tips

Use manual temperature settings for the onion and chicken setting for the skewers.
