Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce and Salted Cod

I bought gnocchi planning to make a sweet recipe I had seen, but today I wasn't sure what to make for lunch, so I decided to use them.
Since I made salted cod meatballs last night, I had some leftover mixture and thought of using it for this recipe.
The result: a very tasty and flavorful dish.
Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce and Salted Cod

Prepare the salted cod meatball mixture (steps 1 to 3), and mix with the potato.

Pour a splash of olive oil into a wok, and cook the finely chopped onion and minced garlic until they start to turn golden.

Add the cod meatball mixture, and sauté over low heat for 10 minutes.

Add the crushed tomatoes, and cook over low heat for another 10 minutes, adjusting salt if needed.

Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions, then add them to the wok.

Mix well so everything combines and absorbs the flavors, sauté for 5 minutes, plate, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
