Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup (80 g)softened margarine
  2. 1/2 cup (100 g)sugar
  3. 1 splashvanilla extract
  4. 2 1/4 cups (280 g)all-purpose flour
  5. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  6. as neededPlant-based milk,
  7. as neededUnsweetened cocoa powder,

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix the softened margarine and sugar together.

    Add the vanilla extract and mix until creamy.

    Add the flour, baking powder, and plant-based milk. Mix well until smooth.

    Divide the batter in half. In one half, add cocoa powder and a little plant-based milk, then mix.

    Spoon the vanilla batter into greased and floured muffin tins, then add the cocoa batter on top without mixing them together.

    Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes.

    After 45 minutes, the muffins should be ready.

    Let them cool, then carefully remove them from the muffin tin.
