  2. 1/2red onion
  3. 2 sprigsfresh thyme
  4. 1 teaspooncoconut oil
  5. 1/2 cupwater (about 120 ml)
  6. Salt, to taste
  7. 1/2 teaspoongluten-free flour
  8. 🧰TOOLS
  9. 1large nonstick skillet with lid
  10. 1cutting board and knife
  11. 1small bowl
  12. 1wooden spoon
  13. ⏳️STORAGE
  14. 📍You can store the pork loin in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
  15. 📍Reheat it in a skillet with a splash of water to make the sauce creamy again

    Cut the half red onion into medium-sized pieces.

    Melt the teaspoon of coconut oil in a nonstick skillet over low heat.

    Place the 6 pork loin slices in the skillet and sear them on both sides to lock in the juices.

    Pour in the 1/2 cup of water, season with salt to taste, cover the skillet, and cook for 7–8 minutes.

    In a small bowl, take out half of the cooking liquid from the skillet and mix it well with the 1/2 teaspoon of gluten-free flour.

    Pour this mixture back into the skillet with the pork.
