    Carefully peel the pomelo and separate the pink juicy flesh.

    Grind green chillies and salt thoroughly using a mortar and pestle.

    Mix the ground green chilli chutney with the pomelo flesh.

Adjust the amount of green chili according to your spice preference.and add little bit sugar.
