Chop tomatoes,onions, green pepper and set a side.

Beat eggs and add royco andsalt in it and stir.

Heat cooking oil in a pan or sufuria.

Add onions and fry until it turns golden brown.

Add tomatoes and smash it, then add green pepper and leave it cook for few minutes add beaten eggs and stir slowly little by little until it cook.

Serve hot with ugali.
