Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 cupQuinoa
  • 2 cupWater
  • 1 cup Mix veggies (carrot, peas broccoli) boiled
  • 1 cup Palak cut finely
  • 1Green onion chopped
  • Chat masala
  • 1/4tspmasala
  • 2Green chilli
  • leavesCoriander
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 2cup water.when boiled add quinoa

  2. 2

    When half done add palak. When done drain in colander. Chunk once in mixi.

  3. 3

    Add veggies and all other ingredients mix well.make balls and desired shape

  4. 4

    Heat nonstick tawa apply oil.roast kabab from both sides
