Aloo Pickle

My Nani maa famous pickle. She was a beautiful cook. In summer vacation when we goes to Nani house she prepared it in advance for us.
This pickle is goes with any dish. My Nani maa makes different different types of pickles and we enjoyed a lot of different varieties of pickles.

Firstly boiled the Potatoes and peeled it. Then cut all Potatoes in cubes.

Then take kadhai put oil heat on high flame, then put yellow Rai, dry red chilli and spluter them, then add Potatoes saute for 2 min. Then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and saute for 2 min.

After that add amchur powder, seasme seeds and mix it nicely.

Then put in jar. You eat this pickle instantly, but if you put this pickle in sunlight for 2-3 days. Then they become sourness. Then the real taste is come.
