In another bowl, beat the egg, then add oil and milk. Mix well.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.

Fold in chocolate chips gently.

Pour batter into muffin tins and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.

Bake at the preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.

Let muffins cool slightly, then inject Nutella into the center of each using a piping bag or syringe.
