Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds and asafoetida and fry. Add the chopped vegetables and tomatoes and stir-fry for 2-5 minutes.Mix all the powdered spices.

Cover and let it whistle twice. Once cooled, remove the lid, add coriander leaves, and serve with your favorite roti or paratha. The bottle gourd curry is ready.
