Boil water in a sufuria

Add maize flour after the water has boiled, while stirring and smashing with a cooking spoon till its hard for like ten minute with low heat.

On low heat, put some oil in a pan leave it to heat up.

Add chopped onions, leave it to cook till it turns to golden brown then add chopped tomatoes. Add some salt to taste.

Break eggs in a seperate bowl and stir. Pour it to the pan containing the cooked onions and tomatoes and stir in low heat for at least 3 minutes.

The meal is ready to be served.
