Stewed beef and steamed cabbages

Cut the meat into pieces. And set aside.

Cut up the cabbage onions and tomatoes and set aside

Add 1 tbsp cooking oil into a cooking pan. Add the onion and fry till golden brown.

Add in the pieces of meat and stir some more. Cover for a minute.

Add in the tomatoes and stir again. Add some salt and the royco cube and a little water

Stir cover and allow to cook on medium heat until meat is tender

Meanwhile add a little oil into a frying pan.

Add the remaining onions (optional) and fry till golden brown

Add the cabbage and stir for a little bit.

Add salt and cover. Allow to steam in very low heat.

Serve hot with rice or ugali. Enjoy
