Ingredients

1 cquinoa
2 cwater
5 stalkskale
1/2 Croasted sunflower seeds
1/4 Croasted sliced almonds
1/2 Cdried cranberries
salt and pepper
thyme
garlic

Steps

1

Rinse off quiona, add to a pot with water
2

Chop up kale and place on top without mixing in

Bring pot to a boil, reduce to simmer for 10-15 minutes
4

Mix together and continue cooking until water is absorbed
5

Pour into a bowl and toss with nuts spices and cranberries
6

Serve warm or cool
