Steps

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add egg yolk and vanilla, mix well.

Add flour, mix until dough forms. Divide dough in half.

Mix cocoa powder into one half for chocolate dough.

Chill both doughs for 30 min.

Roll out doughs. Cut out sheep body shapes, heads, ears, and feet using cookie cutters or a knife.

Assemble sheep on a baking tray, using chocolate chips for eyes.

Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 12-15 min until edges are lightly golden.

Cool completely before serving.
Tips
For extra decoration, you can use icing or edible markers to add more details to the sheep!
