Peel corn and boil properly by adding pinch of salt and turmeric powder.

Drain boiled corn. Remove extra water. Crush green chilli, ginger and garlic.

Crush boiled corn, mash boiled potato and grate carrot.

Add arrowroot, salt, chat masala red chilli powder. Add chopped green coriander.

Mix it well. Now make round and flat tikki.

Heat oil in a non stick tava for shallow fry. Place corn tikki gently.

Fry all tikkis till golden brown. Remove tikkis and keep on kitchen paper. Now serve hot with green chutney.

It's very crispy and tasty.
