Toast the cumin in a dry frying pan. Then allow to cool. And grind.

Pulse the chillies and garlic in a food processor or finely chop. (don't over do it you dont want a paste) then add the salt, sugar and cumin. Quick pulse. Transfer to a bowl.
Tips
Add the other ingredients and stir to combine. Transfer to a jar with lid and put into Fridge for until 3 weeks and use when needed on Chicken , to spice up a pasta, On humous , on a meat sandwich, mixed into mayo, ontop of your burger. You will get the idea :P - ENJOY :P
