Ingredients

5 servings
  • 2 cupsZobo leaves
  • 1 handfulLemon grass
  • 1 handfulMint leaves
  • 2 sticksCinnamon sticks
  • 1 tspclove
  • 1/2 cupPineapple peel
  • 1 cupPineapple juice
  • 1/2 cupWatermelon peel
  • 1 cupWatermelon juice
  • 1/2 cupCucumber peel
  • 1 cupCucumber juice
  • 1/2 cup(adjust to taste) Sugar
  • 1 tablespoonTiara(optional)
  • Water(as required)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine zobo leaves, all peels, lemon grass, mint, cinnamon, and cloves in a pot with water.

    Boil for 30 minutes, then let it cool completely.

    Strain the mixture to remove solids.

    Add pineapple, watermelon, and cucumber juices to the strained liquid.

  5. 5

    Stir in sugar and tiara until dissolved.

  6. 6

    Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Tips

Add all ingredients at the same time for the best flavor. Tiara is optional and sugar might not be added if it’s sugary because of the fruits
