Measure 2 glasses of water in a sufuria and place it on the cooker for it to completely boil. Add 3tbs of cooking oil, 1/2 tsp of salt and the rice. Stir then cover the pan partially and the water reduces cover completely for the rice to cook.

After 5-10 minutes check on the rice and if there is no water left taste to see if it is completely cooked and turn off the cooker.

In another sufuria put in the sliced onion and 3tbs of cooking oil and let it cook until the onions turn golden brown then add the tomatoes. Mix it and cover the sufuria. After3 minutes uncover and continue stirring to make the tomatoes have completely tenderised.

Add the beans and stir then add 1/2 tps of salt and 1/2 of water and cover the sufuria. Let it boil for 3-5 minutes the turn of the cooker.

Serve the cooked beans and rice while hot.
