Steps

Boil the beef for 5 minutes

Add the onions and cover the pan.

When the onions start to brown, add the cooking oil and stir

Add the tomatoes, let it simmer for a minute or two, then add the capsicum

Add salt and stir

Let it cook for five minutes then add 300ml of water.

Stir and let it simmer for two minutes. Ready.

Add salt and cooking oil in a pan of 700ml boiling water

Add the diced carrots followed by the rice. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes

Add coriander on top and cover. Ready to serve.
