In a bowl add all the ingredients and water soak for 2 to 3 hours.

Add all the ingredients into the mixie jar, make a coarse batter.

Heat a kadai, heat oil add mustard seeds, red chilli, onion and curry leaves. Onion fry transparent. And then add into the adai batter.

Heat a tawa, take a one ladle of batter and spread it. Cook till light golden in colour.
